When my friend Loi initially told me about this company all I heard was the “Senior Living” part. I thought it was a nursing home she was talking to me about. I was totally wrong.

My first meeting with Denise (the CEO) and Loi (the Administrator) was very educational. Denise is one of those people who has the ability to see what Seniors need and is very dedicated to helping them. Her company was born out of watching hundreds of Seniors being discharged from the hospital where she worked with nothing but brochures in their hands to make the hard choice of what the next step was in their living situations.

Denise who was a social worker at the hospital started taking those extra steps to helping seniors narrow down their choices and guide them to facilities and care they were so desperately in need of. Literally 1 year later she and her partner Kelly are struggling to manage the booming business they created!

That’s where I come in. About a month ago Denise and Kelly were struggling on how to handle the work load of their business. Leads were coming in, they were meeting with families, helping connect Seniors with resources in the community, giving personal tours of facilities that met the needs of their clients, placing clients in facilities and managing the entire transition.

The were completely overwhelmed and stressed out.

Luckily Denise knew Loi and hired her to help manage the chaos. Loi took one look and called me and said “I NEED YOU!”

Since coming aboard I have helped them take a serious look at their Business Development and goals by helping select a CRM to manage their leads and clients, connected them with a local RN to help take the load off of them to go on all the tours, create an Organizational Chart, create job descriptions, commission structures, employment contract and helped to identify 4 major marketing campaigns we are currently working hard to get up and running.

This company is full of genuine heart. The sky is the limit for these guys. It’s been a really rewarding project to be a part of. Can’t wait to see where they are in the next year!
